This whole shoot was lit in a very similar fashion to the setup drawn below.
-Three 2K open faces on a triple header shooting through a 12x12 1/4 Grid - providing the overall ambience with some directionality to it. This source is also providing the main exposure on the seamless paper or the cyclorama. (It should be noted that if you need a white background, you'd need additional lights dedicated to that.)
-Additional 2K open face with the chimera adding some shaping to the subject's face.
Lastly, V-flat is positioned to the left of the subject providing either fill or negative fill
This relatively basic lighting setup works for many High key commercial looks. It's also pretty budget friendly.
We shot 8 different videos on this shoot and throughout 4 days of shooting we didn't feel the need to do many changes to this setup. Sometimes we'd position the Key light (2K with the chimera) right in front of the fill (12x12 grid). Or we'd move it, so it was side-lighting the subject. Depending on the amount of contrast we wanted, we moved our Key and Fill lights around the subject.
Sometimes we'd add a backlight with a Source four Leko shooting either straight on or bouncing of a 4x8 bead board.

For this setup, we switched our key and fill lights around. The 2K with the chimera was positioned directly to the side of the subject. While the 12x12 grid and the three 2K open faces moved to a frontal position. Then, we used a Leko without a lens to backlight the subject.

Below is the side view of this setup.
Same lighting here. The only differences are just the white balance and the tilt angles of the Key light and the Backlight.

We only had 9' Seamless paper available for the colorful backdrops, so all the wide shots were shot like the one below, and the background was extended in post
